Hello,

We saw similar issues with a newly installed G4 server earlier this year, which
went away as soon as the port on the Cisco switch was set to auto negotiate
rather than force 100MB.  We've had no network issues with any of our other G4
servers, and we usually set everything to auto negotiate.
