Documentation on LAuS and audit

There is a reference in the man page for laus to a Security-Guide in
certification-rhel-eal3.  I searched the docs on RH, including the
Security Guide and googled.  Beyond the man pages for laus and audit, I
have been unable to locate any additional reference to either of these
items other than the release notes for update 2.  I'm looking for good
documentation on implementing auditing and selecting the right
parameters.  I've already acquired the rpm and looked at the
configuration files, but....  Can someone tell me if this particular
Security Guide exists and/or where I might find better documentation on
the auditing tool?
