BTW, if you don't wanna run the Makefile, the base command you need from
the directory where the mc file is   is

m4 ../m4/cf.m4 mylinux.mc >newlinux.cf

where mylinux.mc is the mc file we're talking about and newlinux.cf would
be the output file that you'd wanna rename to /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
