I have not installed any OS yet. There is no rpm command :)
I am a registered RHELAS3 i386 customer. I cannot find any package or
iso image from RHN.
How can I find the 64-bit distro.
I just want to use native EM64T support. Which way should I go?
A new 64-bit distro subscription or stay with RHELAS3/i386 no EM64T
support?

None, these are from the i386 version. Before you go fiddling any
further
and break your box, you most likely need to reinstall your OS to get
64-bit support.
What does "rpm -q redhat-release" say?
