I am a registered RHELAS3 i386 customer. I cannot find any package or
iso image from RHN.
How can I find the 64-bit distro.

When you logon to the RHN go to "Channels".

On the left frame you should see a link to "All".

You want: Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS (v. 3 for AMD64/Intel EM64T) or the equivalent for AS....I only have WS subscriptions...

Then go to the "downloads" area....

I just want to use native EM64T support. Which way should I go?
A new 64-bit distro subscription or stay with RHELAS3/i386 no EM64T
support?

How can I identify the x86_64/em64t?

Hi,

I have a new INTEL EM64T equipped server and I want to use this

feature.

I want to enable >4GM native memory support for kernel.
Is there a native support for EM64T in RHELAS3? Or do we have to use
4GB-4GB memory split again.
Or should I upgrade to RHEL4?

Yes there is support. Be sure to grab the x86_64/em64t version.

None, these are from the i386 version. Before you go fiddling any
further and break your box, you most likely need to reinstall your OS to get 64-bit support.

What does "rpm -q redhat-release" say?
