Downloading updates with up2date

Hi all,

  i have four servers with RHEL 3 U4 installed. I
would like to use one of them for central repository
server (enterprise bandwith is very poor). For this
pourpose I will use yum on clients side. 

  My question is for the server side: Is it possible
to download all updates for U4 with up2date??? All
four servers are registered on RHN, but each one of
them has installed different packages. My pourpose is
download all updates with up2date command ...
