Is there anyone running with IBM x236 server with onboard ADAPTEC HostRAID configured RAID1?

I downloaded HostRAID driver images (39m4736.zip) for RHELAS3U3 but complaining about with RHELAS3U4.

Installation cannot find the appropriate driver for the adapter.

When unzipped (39m4736.zip) the file, I can acquire these files
