no more 32 bit libs?

I was looking through the U5 errata, and noticed the following on the Bugfix
advisory for bind:
===
64-bit platform users please note:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Red Hat no longer ships 32-bit libraries for 64-bit platforms. If you have
any 32-bit bind-libs packages installed (eg. i386 RPMs on Itanium, AMD64 or
Intel EM64T) please remove them with 'rpm -e' before re-installing the
64-bit BIND bind-*.rpm packages.
===
Is this the case? No more 32-bit environments supported by redhat on 64-bit
platforms?
