Are you seeing this on WS or Desktop?  If so, the dhcp thing is a result of
that package getting pushed to the WS and Desktop channels incorrectly some
time ago and it just needs to be cleaned up.  dhcp wasn't supposed to be
available for those two variants.

As for the mysql thing, it's a similar story as mysql was actually split
with some of the packages existing in the base OS and some existing on the
Extras CD.  We'll get things sync'd up in the next few days.
