Sorry, hate to answer my own post but a little more research finds that
this error appears to be thrown by librsvg2-2.2.3-6.i386.rpm. I
checked, and sure enough, there is no gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders command.
There is a gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders-32 in /usr/bin. I uninstalled the
librsvg2 RPM (which means I had to uninstall a bunch of dependencies as
well) like this:
rpm -e librsvg2 eog nautilus gdm eel2 librsvg2-devel gdm nautilus-media
gedit eel2-devel
Then I reinstalled them like this:
up2date librsvg2 eog nautilus gdm eel2 librsvg2-devel gdm nautilus-media
gedit eel2-devel
Now there is a file /usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders, and gdk-pixbuf-
query-loaders-32 is gone. Bugzilla ID 158869
