Hi All,
I had my ATI Radeon VE/QY working in dual head Xinerama mode with
two Dell 1900FP DVI monitors for years under previous versions of
XFree86 under RedHat Enterprise V3. But this last weekend, I upgraded
to XFree86 4.3.0-81.EL and the dual-monitor mode stopped
working. Nothing now appears on the 2nd monitor.
I now get the following errors in /etc/X11/XFree86.0.log:
(WW) Open APM failed (/dev/apm_bios) (No such device)
(WW) RADEON(1): Only one monitor detected, Second screen will NOT be created
And then I only get X starting up in one monitor. I tried adding
this line to the "ServerLayout" section, but it didn't help:
Option "MonitorLayout" "LVDS, LVDS"
Enclosed below is my XF86Config file. Has anyone gotten this configuration
working?
Thanks,
Cheryl
