all entries will be displayed, if there was no "Referer:" field then a "-"
is displayed. So the logfile format should be constant and predictable.
Perhaps tux2w3c should print strings enclosed by quotes so those fields
can be parsed easier? (eg. if a string field contains whitespaces)
