i'm having the same problem as below. telnet, getwww abort with no output.
ab gave me:
input.c:270 > input error
input.c:271> req->error=1!
lynx gave me: "network read error occurred"
using same stock kernel that i have used for the past month against releases.
sending tcpdump via private.

First I used ab (from apache), and that failed, so I tried telnet & lynx.
