Marcus,

it appears to be the correct behavior to not send any message when zapping
timed out connections. Netscape did it correctly. (the timed-out message
was added to TUX recently.) I've uploaded -P6 which just zaps timed out
requests without sending any messages.

Could you please check -P6 out, does Netscape now behave in the way you'd
