max_cached_filesize

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there's a way (similar to max_cached_filesize which seems
to have been dropped) to prevent large objects from being cached.  I'd
still like them to be served, but I'd like to force optimization toward
smaller files (i.e. cache smaller files, serve all files).
