changelog

Hey Ingo,

Maybe I'm blind and have just missed it, but I would really appreciate it if
there was a changelog at http://people.redhat.com/~mingo/TUX-patches/ -- many
times there are several releases per day and there's not always an updated
changelog mailed out on the list.  I find it hard to figure out when to upgrade
and when to hold off for a more "stable" release.
