TUX/HTTP doesnt handle Range requests at the moment, so no 206 status
codes are generated. (it falls back to a full reply.)
Christoph Lameter wanted to add Range support (it shouldnt be too hard,
TUX/FTP already does partial downloads), i'm not sure how far he got. I'd
suggest to make the TUX/FTP method generic and make TUX/HTTP use that
method as well.
