[virt-tools-list] tcpip/ip error: vnc connection to hypervisor host got refused or disconnected!

I am using virt-manager 0.6.1

I created win2k hvm domU. after the win2k was rebooted, i could no longer connect to the console.

i tried below and worked.

# virsh vncdisplay vm01
:3
# vncviewer 127.0.0.1:3

the guest was running ok.

pls advise why virt-manager could not connect to the guest.
