Once you have installed and started either an MSS for JBoss or MSS for Tomcat instance, you can access the SIP Servlets Management Console by opening your browser and navigating to http://localhost:8080/sip-servlets-management/.

Helpful Information on how to use the SIP Servlets Management Console is available immediately from within the AJAX application itself: simply click on the Help link on the top main menu bar, and a Default Application Router Help pop-up will appear. This help box can be repositioned and resized by dragging.

More recent versions of the SIP Servlets Management Console also have a Server Settings tab, in which you can tune settings for concurrency and congestion control.
