After migrating all old Certificate System instances to the corresponding new Certificate System server instances, access the CA end-entities services page and the subsystem agent services pages of the new Certificate System server to ensure that everything is working properly. For example:

https://server.example.com:9443/ca/agent/ca

Then log into the Certificate System Console and verify that the new server can be managed through the Console.

The port numbers for all the agent services interfaces can be found in the server.xml in the new instance conf/ directory.
