Embedded DevKit (EDK) Manuals

The Red Hat Embedded DevKit will get you started with embedded development based upon the Linux operating system. The EDK provides a Linux-hosted IDE with basic kernel functionality and the latest GNUPro tools for x86 and PowerPC, creating a native prototyping environment for quickly re-targeting your applications to different embedded platforms.

NOTE: Red Hat has decided to discontinue support for the Embedded Developer's Kit (EDK). The manuals for this product are offered as a courtesy to existing Red Hat EDK users.
