We’re thrilled to share that Red Hat has received the HP Technology Alliance Super Partner Award, which recognizes HP partners for their roles in helping to bring the new style of IT to joint clients. Red Hat was recognized for achievements in year-over-year sales and pipeline growth, and resources dedicated to HP Enterprise Services practice development.
“Red Hat is a well-rounded global alliance partner, highly supportive across all regions, with dedicated resources for portfolio development and sales support,” said Patrik Strebel, HP Enterprise Services Global Alliance Director. “They've been very forthcoming in driving pipeline growth by promoting our infrastructure and application-building capabilities, within our joint customer base and their own community. “
In February 2013, we announced that Red Hat had joined the HP Enterprise Services Technology Alliance program. HP Enterprise Services uses Red Hat JBoss Middleware technology and Red Hat Enterprise Linux as platforms for development and deployment of solutions to manage mission critical services in the enterprise, and offers Red Hat products as part of its Standard Operating Platform for outsourcing clients.
Examples of the HP Enterprise Services’ solutions designed and built on Red Hat’s platforms include:
- Airline Service Oriented Architecture Platform, a library of airline-specific Web services and reusable, industry-specific building blocks, including airline-specific data processes and messaging protocols. Using these tools, airlines can reduce costs and resource needs by an average of 30% over traditional platforms, accelerating speed to market through more rapid deployment of new applications;
- HP Big Data API Management Solution, an enterprise-class ecosystem designed to expose data and insights securely via Web and mobile channels, simplifying the delivery of customized content for richer customer experiences;
- HP Enterprise Mobile API Management Solution, helps businesses quickly deploy “mobilized” versions of mission-critical applications that access enterprise systems, supplying features like encryption, data security, and data synchronization. The framework exposes data services securely and insulates developers from the complexities of building and managing composite services;
We're delighted to be acknowledged by HP Enterprise Services with this award for our strong collaboration and our contributions!
