Red Hat Enterprise Agreement

Red Hat will provide only those Subscription Services purchased by Client and Red Hat is licensing only the Software that corresponds with the purchased Subscription Services.

Red Hat Directory Server	www.redhat.com/licenses/rhds_rhcs_eula.html	a system on which Client installs or executes all or a portion of the Software, which may be, without limitation, a server, work station, virtual machine, blade, node, partition, or engine, as applicable	RHDS requires purchase of at least 1 master server for each unique identity store.

JBoss Enterprise Middleware	www.redhat.com/licenses/jboss_eula.html	a group of CPUs (e.g., 4 or 32). "CPU" means a central processing unit or other integrated circuit that executes the instructions provided by the Software. A "Socket" is the physical connection(s) on a computer system�s mother board that is designed to hold a central processing unit(s) ("CPU") regardless of the number of logical CPUs recognized by the computer system from that physical connection. CPUs used for development and cold disaster recovery are not considered Units for subscriptions that include production support.
