Giving control back to the customer
as told by Joanne Rohde
Open source software allows customers unprecedented control over their technology. Because the underlying source code is open, everyone has access to it. The open source model is built on the premise that companies like Red Hat must consistently serve customers through extraordinary value, performance, and ease of integration and management. Or they can choose another vendor.
In this short clip, Joanne Rohde, EVP WW Operations for Red Hat, talks about how Red Hat and IBM are changing the industry by giving control back to the customers. Other industry providers are struggling to keep up.
