Welcome to Partner Update, Red Hat's monthly channel partner communication. Each month, we'll send you important information regarding Red Hat's ordering and fulfillment processes. We'll also cover ways you can take full advantage of our partner programs.

NEW: ORDER FULFILLMENT EMAIL NOTIFICATION FOR PARTNERS

Red Hat is pleased to provide order fulfillment updates to our partners. Once an end-customer has electronic access to their subscription, Red Hat will notify you that the order is complete and has been fulfilled. Look for these "order fulfillment notices" to manage your Red Hat orders.

Automatic, electronic notification of order status is just one benefit of being a Red Hat partner. Based on your current Red Hat sales volume, you may be automatically eligible for immediate enrollment in the Red Hat Ready Business Partner Program.

  1. Go to our Partner Programs webpage.
  2. Create a redhat.com login and password (if you don't already have one).
  3. Complete the application.
  4. Enter "OCS reseller" in the nominating partner section, and click "Submit".
  5. Open the welcome email that will be sent to you within five business days.
