How do I get access to the NFR software?

As a registered Red Hat Ready Partner, you will receive the NFR versions automatically.

How can I become a Red Hat Advanced Business Partner?

The entry level for each partner is the Red Hat Ready partnership with Red Hat. You need to meet the requirements—for example, trained staff, business plan, and so on—for the Advanced level before an upgrade can be considered.

Once you meet all requirements, as stated in the partner program guide, you can request a membership upgrade via Partner Center. On the home page click Manage Partnership and choose the specialization that relates to your subject matter expertise and business focus: Infrastructure or Middleware.

How do I meet the sales certification requirements for Advanced business partners?

Red Hat had introduced a new sales certification scheme to support each partner in accruing the necessary 20 points to achieve their sales training level.

  • 11 points will be accrued when completing the Red Hat Partner Platform Certified Salesperson (RHPPCS) or the Red Hat Partner Middleware Certified Salesperson (RHPMCS).
  • 10 points will be accrued for every day of an on-site partner training.
  • 20 points will be accrued for participation at the EMEA Partner Summit.
  • 3 points will be accrued when attending any Red Hat partner or technical webinar.

How can I attend sales and technical trainings from Red Hat and JBoss?

There are several ways to participate in sales and technical trainings:

  • Regular on-site business partner training in EMEA

  • Discounted GLS classroom training (please see the partner guide for details)

We grant credit points for each participant. Please note that every participant needs to be registered in Partner Center to be eligible for points. If you have not registered yet, please register now.

Do I have to return a signed contract to Red Hat, or is the online assent to the partner agreement, site terms, and export control agreement sufficient?

If your company resides in either of the following countries, you will have to return a signed copy of the partner agreement for the partnership to become effective:

How can I submit a success story?

Share your Red Hat and JBoss® success stories with Red Hat. Submit success story proposals to Red Hat for consideration. Proposals selected by Red Hat will be developed into formal success stories, which may be promoted by Red Hat and the partner through various publicity vehicles. You can submit your customer references by logging in to Partner Center, visiting the homepage, and clicking Manage customer references.
