How to Subscribe

Here is our suggested process for subscribing to Red Hat Academy:

  1. Instructor Certification:
    Determine who your Instructor(s) will be and which certification classes & testing, if any, are required as outlined under Instructor Training & Certification. Contact your RHA Sales representative to enroll you into any specific classes and to apply your fee discount.
  2. Pricing Assistance:
    Review the subscription Pricing outline and contact RHA Sales to verify your curriculum subscription fee and instructor certification fees, if any, specific to your type of school program.
  3. Technical Requirements:
    Review the Infrastructure Requirements to make sure your computer labs can properly utilize both the curriculum and our Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating software for each instructional computer you use. Any questions about these requirements can be sent to academy-admin@redhat.com.
  4. Legal Agreements:
    Print and review the Terms & Conditions of the Red Hat Academy Service Agreement. Please use our mailform to send us any comments or questions you might have about this Agreement.
  5. Authorization:
    Have your appropriate Administrator/Dean/President sign the Service Agreement. Fax and mail the signed Service Agreement, NDA and Purchase Order to your RHA Sales contact.
