Traditional technical support usually beings when a problem occurs. At Red Hat, our Global Support Services organization is dedicated to providing guidance and assistance through all phases of your technology lifecycle – not just when a problem occurs. Our mission is to help you meet business objectives by making it easier for you to plan, deploy, and maintain your Red Hat technology solutions.
In this session, Lance Phillips will demonstrate how Red Hat Global Support Services continues to earn subscriber loyalty with innovation that helps you take greater advantage of your Red Hat subscription relationship.
