"I had already acquired another Linux technology certification, but the Red Hat® Certified Engineer (RHCE®) program is a hands-on test and therefore, gave me an even deeper knowledge of Linux," said Coelho. The RHCE exam helped Coelho test how well he could respond to customer problems. "My job requires a fast response to customers, as well as a wide understanding of potential problems," said Coelho.
