Bison Switzerland Joins Red Hat ISV Programme as an Advanced Partner

Bison bundles its Greenax ERP solution with JBoss Enterprise Middleware

Red Hat (NYSE: RHT), the world's leading provider of open source solutions, today announced that Bison, a leading Swiss IT specialist, has joined the Red Hat Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Programme as an Advanced Partner. As part of the new ISV partnership with Red Hat, Bison is offering its ERP solution in a bundle with JBoss Enterprise Middleware, providing customers with a complete turnkey offering.

Bison has been working with Red Hat's platform and middleware technologies for two years and has optimized its Greenax business application suite for JBoss Enterprise Middleware and Red Hat Virtualization. The Greenax application suite has a particular focus on targeting the retail, agricultural trade, food & beverage, steel and construction materials sectors.

Greenax is a leading ERP solution whose strengths include the ability to map and control business processes in purchasing, sales, warehousing, logistics, production, finance and customer care. The solution is part of a state-of-the-art software generation based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
