Tips & Tricks: How to get involved in the Red Hat World Tour

Right now, five daring Red Hat travelers are somewhere on the road for World Tour 2004. They may even be heading for a city near you, and you're invited. If not, you can still participate a number of ways.

  1. The obvious one. Come to one of the events. You'll find locations, agendas and pre-registration forms at http://www.redhat.com/worldtour
  2. Send us your story. You can use this form http://www.redhat.com/apps/response/worldtour.html. Tell us what's going on in your part of the world, and we'll tell others. You should also feel free to use this form to send us questions you'd have liked answered if you were there in person.
  3. Join http://redhat.meetup.com. Search for a Meetup city near you, and sign up. You can vote on where to meet, and what to discuss. We're having the last stop on the tour, be the first "official" Meetup on April 1st. We're offering prizes to the largest membership, the largest meetup, coolest venue, and most "famous" attendee. Red Hat is offering some of our offices as a local venue as well. So you get to meet other Red Hat and open source enthusiasts, maybe a Red Hatter or two, and in some cases get to tour the offices.
