I haven't tried libata drivers yet. We have the siimage drivers working with a
modified 2.4.22-1.2174 kernel though.
I know that Jeff Garzik released a patch recently to add support for all 4
ports in Libata driver so he is working on getting the SIL3114 to working
properly. You may want to report the problem to him.
