Considering they are coming out Q3, after AMD has released it's planned
2.8 and 3.0GHz single core parts, 2.4GHz sounds normal for dual-core.

In a nutshell, due to sheer transistor count, something has got to give
-- cache, clock, etc... for thermal considerations, compared to single
core.
