rpm404-python package missing from RHEL ES 3

Hi,

I am trying to build a custom distro single cd using RHEL ES 3. In the past
(RH 8.0) I have used Brett Schwarz's very slick scripts
(http://www.bschwarz.com/rh/) to drastically reduce the headache. However,
I have discovered that rpm404-python is not available with RHEL ES 3 - any
thoughts. When running the syncRpms.py script, I get the following erro:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./syncrpms.py", line 47, in ?
    (header, isSource) = rpm.headerFromPackage(fd)
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'headerFromPackage'

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
David
