Right, I need to update transifex.txt as well.  Chris pointed out the make
scratch limitation to me last night, so I updated the patch you mentioned.

You will also notice that the I also pass --disable-overwrite to tx pull,
which skips over translation files you already have.  It runs slightly
faster after the initial pull, so it's sort of like a cache.
