Does "dmraid -r -vvv" display them ?
Likely a devnode namespace issue.

Sounds like a flaw in group_rd() in dmraid file lib/format/partition/dos.c.
Would be helpful if you could send me copies of the (S)ATARAID metadata
and the size of the drives in the set in sectors.
