#32: save fails on bindmounted files
---------------------+------------------------------------------------------
  Reporter: apevec | Owner: lutter
      Type: defect | Status: assigned
  Priority: major | Milestone: next
 Component: Augeas | Version: 0.3.4
Resolution: | Keywords:
---------------------+------------------------------------------------------
Comment (by lutter):

The only other way to work around this then is to overwrite the file in
place, with the obvious consequences that a partially changed file might
be visible. It's dangerous, but I don't see any other way to change
 bindmounted files.

Any opinions on whether that should be done whenever rename returns EBUSY,
or if it should only be enabled when a special flag (say
 /augeas/save/overwrite_on_rename_failure = yes) is set ?
