Comment:

 Pulled that in.

 There's a couple of thigns that would be nice to refine though:

  * could refresh_pattern be resolved into more fields ?
  * "extension_methods" should be parsed into a list, similar to how
 sshd.aug parses each
    AcceptEnv line into a list of env vars
  * how about the entries upgrade_http0.9 and broken_vary_encoding: could
 they be parsed into a  structure similar to what http_access does ?
