[augeas-devel] Moved repositories for ruby and python bindings

Hi,

I've moved the repositories for the Ruby and Python bindings to
fedorahosted. (The Python move was actually done by Nils Phillipsen)

The new repos are

      * http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/ruby-augeas.git
      * http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/python-augeas.git
