 In GNULib the existence of `isblank()` is checked, but in `src/augtool.c`
 a link error is thrown on platforms that doesn't have isblank, e. g.
 Solaris 8. Unfortunately I am not fluent enough in GNULib to fix the issue
 myself. Pulling in the define from GNULib to `src/augtool.c` solves the
 problem immediately.
