 Hello there,

 While trying out augeas with a barebones squid.conf from SLES10 we found a
 couple of points where it broke:

  * No support for the no_cache option (no_cache <allow|deny> <schemaName>)

  * "auth_param" wouldn't allow more than one work under the "settings"
 node ("digest realm Squid proxy-caching web server" should be valid)

 The attached patch fixes both and applies to current master's HEAD.
