[augeas-devel] User documentation for lenses

After a bit of hacking (thanks to NaturalDocs's developer,  Greg
Valure), I got to some nicer results:

* code is grabbed verbatim (no \n removed);
* No \n is added when brackets are found.

This adds a build dependency on Sub::Install to generate the
documentation (in order to override internal ND functions).
Fortunately, this Perl module is already packaged in the core of all
major distributions.

I've played a bith with test_reprepro_uploaders.aug and test_inifile.aug:
