[augeas-devel] Use sep.aug and allow directives without arguments in httpd.aug

This patch makes use of sep.aug in httpd.aug. This requires to modify Sep.opt_space to adjust it to httpd.aug's needs. This is OK because only httpd.aug uses it so far.

The patch also makes arguments optional for directives in httpd.aug and adapts test_httpd.aug accordingly. The example taken is SSLRequireSSL, which takes no arguments.
