This is because the file/module it's describing doesn't have any
documentation in NaturalDocs format.

You'll just have to read the file itself:
https://github.com/hercules-team/augeas/blob/master/lenses/tests/test_desktop.aug

If you get the chance to write docs for it (see some other files) then
please send in a patch and add it to
doc/naturaldocs/conf/lenses/Menu.txt so it shows up.
