Why are you booting with root=/dev/sda2?  If dka0 is Tru64, then that
is obviously wrong.

Linux is trying to mount an AdvFS partition as its /.  This does not
work for obvious reasons.

Your real root partition appears to be /dev/sdc2.  Set your
BOOT_OSFLAGS appropriately.
