Which memory for a 164LX motherboard?

Ok, as I understood the 6 pins RJ11-like connector is a serial RS232 port
that can be used to debug the motherboard if at least the CPU, the SROM and
the clock are alive. So I should be able to make a clable (does someone have
the pinout for that?), wire it to my laptop's COM port, pop-up a terminal
session and see something, right?
