Flash plugin?

During some web searches (PWS500a, RH 7.2, Konqueror) I will sometime be
inundated with browser windows trying to hook up to the macromedia flash site.
 I close them, then make a move on the site I'm actually in and get a bunch
more.  They seem to come 5 at a time.

macromedia doesn't have a flash plugin for alpha, apparently, 'cause it never
downloads.

The question:  is there a flash plugin that works for Alpha?  Or else a way to
keep websites from redirecting my browser to macromedia flash?
