AlphaPC 164LX hang when using MILO

Trying to setup a Linux workstation/server with the
following hardware:
AlphaPC 164LX
21164 600MHz processor
256MB RAM
AlphaBIOS 5.66

Boot from AlphaBIOS and always hangs at the following
area with using MILO lx164.img 7.1, 7.0 or 6.2 from
redhat download.

Any help would be appreciated.
