PWS 600au with Alpha Core

I've attempted to get Alpha Core .9 installed on my PWS, however after
choosing my boot option from aboot I get the following text and then the
install simply stops. I've let it sit like that for hours and it never
gets past the PCI stage.

I even tried ripping out all my pci devices and using 'pci=off' at boot
time to disable pci, and it still freezes.

Any ideas? Anyone seen this before?

Thanks
Phil
