glibc and other packages

I have this in my /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-devel.repo file - I have
enabled it, but it keep erroring out every time I try and retrieve
something from the repository!

No more mirrors to try.
My repo file looks like

I tried with the mirror line uncommented with the same result
sorry a bit of a newbie to alpha and redhat/fedora - more or a debian
person!
